Sarcasma
Well this is the first time that I have graced the family blog with a post. So I felt that it needed to be Blog worthy. Anyway, as you know, I work in medicine and the FDA approved a new drug that I think a lot of us, including myself can use, or even, OD on. It is supposed to work very well....not to be...sarcastic...
