I love MY young single adults!

At the visitor's center on Temple Square 12-07

I realized the last few days just how much I love working with young single adults. We have the greatest opportunity to be a part of their lives almost on a daily basis. Craziness, laughter, tears, heartaches, frustrations, empathy for each other, growth, and strength...all wrapped up in awesome people. Sundays are so spiritual as we get together to learn and share testimonies at church and firesides; Mondays are fantastic as we join in fun FHE activities and branch prayer to get to know and strengthen each other; Wednesdays are special as we eat out together and attend our Book of Mormon class; weekends are full of Institute activities and spur-of-the-moment gatherings. This month we are beginning our 3rd year as YSA leaders. We are so blessed because we have these young people in our lives.
I also realized this weekend just how much I love MY two young single adults...Chad and Collette. I think just having them together with all their craziness, laughter, etc., etc., gave me such an added boost. I love and appreciate them both so much, they are such strong and vibrant young people, destined to have great blessings in their lives because of the way they live. They say you are as young as you feel...I must be forever young!
