I came home from Guatemala and I have been eating this hot sauce from the fridge at our house. It is great. I thought it was from Cafe Rio or something. Then my Dad tells me that it is Uncle Dale's hot sauce.

Wow it is really good and has made me feel at home while being away from all of the Guatemalan hot sauces I eat every day. I need to bring some of this down there to give to my in laws. Especially the Habby II.
